Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy and come back and shop with us again. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. An exchange or store credit will be issued upon receipt of the return item.

Shipping and Handling

FREE to the continental United States. At this time we are not shipping internationally.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged in shipment, immediately notify the carrier and LaFleur’s Home Décor. If your item was shipped US Postal Service it was insured. Take the item, all packing material, and invoice to Post Office to initiate a claim.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Oklahoma state regulations if your shipping address is in Oklahoma.
